You will define the user experience and visual language for the product.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop design flows, including user journeys and storyboards with information architecture and wireframes.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to implement ideas within scope and technical constraints.
• Transform complex enterprise challenges into simple, elegant solutions.
• Conduct usability testing, user research, and interviews, sharing findings across the team.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to define product approaches.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of product, interaction, or visual design experience.
• Experience shipping Enterprise Admin experiences in SaaS environments.
• Proven ability to lead other designers as a project lead.
• Proficiency in UX Design, UI Design, Interaction Design, and Visual Design.
• Experience with User Research, Usability Testing, and Information Architecture.
• Familiarity with Machine Learning concepts and leveraging AI in work processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience adhering to enterprise UI/SaaS and mobile standards.
