Description

You will shape the user experience of an AI cybersecurity platform by solving complex business problems and delivering frictionless customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Produce deliverables including storyboards, wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and visualization specs.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into creative design solutions.
• Lead cross-collaborative workshops to define project requirements and user stories.
• Communicate UX decisions through flow diagrams, mock-ups, and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Identify project dependencies and mitigate risks by improving product design workflows.

Required Skills

• 7 years of experience in product design or UX within complex, cross-functional organizations.
• 2 years of experience designing for Generative AI or Machine Learning (ML) products.
• Proficiency in Figma, including extending component libraries and following system guidelines.
• Experience designing across multiple platforms, including desktop and mobile.
• Proven ability to lead products from scratch and improve features using user-centered design processes.
• Experience collaborating with user research teams to address user goals and pain points.
• Strong storytelling aptitude to communicate design rationale and orient stakeholders to user problems.
• Understanding of technical constraints when designing for complex enterprise environments.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
