Description

You will own the product strategy and execution for AI-powered localization systems, driving context-aware workflows and large language model integration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Partner with engineering and program managers to drive sprint execution, backlog management, and release planning.
• Write product requirement documents (PRDs) and define technical specifications for AI localization, translation, and dubbing workflows.
• Collaborate with AI/ML teams to operationalize context-aware systems using LLMs, metadata enrichment, and retrieval-based approaches.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, content operations, editorial, legal, and external vendor partners.
• Define experimentation frameworks with Product Data Science to evaluate localization quality, model performance, and business impact.

Required Skills

• 9-12 years of product management experience, including technical product management.
• Strong experience writing PRDs, defining features, and partnering with engineering teams through agile development.
• Familiarity with machine learning systems, including deep learning and large language models in production.
• Experience with AI/ML systems on cloud platforms (AWS or GCP), particularly involving human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Background in Computer Science, Engineering, or Data Science.
• Knowledge of localization technologies: ASR, MT, TTS, dubbing, captioning, and subtitling.
• Understanding of context-aware systems, terminology management, style guides, and dialogue history.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with localization quality evaluation, precision/recall metrics, and confidence scoring.
• Familiarity with post-editing workflows and human evaluation frameworks.
