Own the full product lifecycle, translating stakeholder needs into technical specifications and driving platform strategy in an on-site environment.

Responsibilities

• Collect stakeholder use cases and translate them into detailed product specifications, user stories, data flows, and implementation plans.
• Collaborate with Architecture, Design, Engineering, and Business teams to align requirements and shape the product roadmap.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvements.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring release readiness, training, and stakeholder support.
• Manage a portfolio of products to ensure timely execution against business goals and recommend technical integration strategies.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on development experience in Scala, Java, and Python.
• Expertise in Big Data technologies including Spark, Spark Streaming, Flink, and Kafka.
• Strong experience with AWS services such as S3, EMR, Lambda, Glue, Kinesis, IAM, and ALB.
• Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, SingleStore, and cloud-native data platforms.
• Knowledge of Terraform, Kubernetes (K8s), and Spinnaker for infrastructure automation.
• Experience with microservices architecture using Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, FastAPI, or NestJS.
• Understanding of Airflow and workflow orchestration frameworks.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and engineering best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree or certifications in Cloud, Big Data, or Data Engineering technologies.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills.
