Description

Lead program direction, planning, execution, and launch of platform upgrades for early adopter customers. Manage multiple projects and teams to ensure successful implementations.

Responsibilities

• Design reusable templates and artifacts to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams.
• Translate technical platform service requirements into actionable commits for the Product team.
• Troubleshoot and triage risks and issues to maintain program timelines and mitigate delays.
• Drive technical discussions and challenge solutions to influence decisions from a program perspective.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the Platform Program, providing updates to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of deep program management experience in SaaS software platforms.
• Strong technical aptitude with a deep understanding of software development and platform services.
• Proficiency using Jira for program tracking and management.
• Experience working with global teams, including flexibility for early morning or late evening calls.
• Strong communication skills to engage with Engineering, Product Delivery, and Product Marketing.
• Bachelor’s Degree.

Preferred Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certifications.
• Exposure to Salesforce or existing knowledge of Conga products.
