Description

You will lead quality engineering activities for finance domain products, owning test strategy, automation frameworks, and process improvement.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define test strategies, prepare test cases, and estimate story points in Agile environments.
• Develop and maintain test automation frameworks using Core Java, Selenium, TestNG, and Maven.
• Execute front-end UI testing and backend testing across databases, APIs, and microservices.
• Manage bug logging and report sprint-wise and monthly test execution and automation metrics.
• Mentor junior team members and drive continuous improvement in testing processes.

Required Skills

• 9-13 years of experience in Quality Engineering.
• Proficiency in Core Java, Selenium, TestNG, and Maven.
• Experience with Gherkin, BDD, and JUnit.
• Strong REST API testing and automation skills.
• Hands-on experience with SQL querying and database testing.
• Knowledge of AWS Lambda and Kafka messaging.
• Experience with CI/CD integration using Git, Jenkins, or Octopus.
• Proficiency in Scrum, Jira, and Agile practices.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

• Mobile testing experience with Appium.
• Software Test Automation Engineer or Agile Tester certifications.
