You will own reliability engineering initiatives across critical systems, focusing on automation, performance, and resilience.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automation frameworks to improve system reliability and performance.
• Lead chaos testing and resilience engineering initiatives to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities.
• Conduct performance and scalability testing to ensure stability under varying workloads.
• Build and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS in collaboration with development teams.
• Monitor system reliability and performance metrics to drive continuous improvements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in engineering roles.
• Strong knowledge of AWS cloud infrastructure and high-availability architectures.
• Proficiency in Java programming for reliability-focused solutions.
• Hands-on experience with performance testing tools like JMeter.
• Expertise in automation frameworks and scripting.
• Familiarity with Python scripting for automation and testing.
• Understanding of scalability principles and containerization with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
