Description

You will design and implement complex solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem, focusing on Marketing Cloud and Core CRM to enhance enterprise marketing capabilities.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build integrations and enhancements across Salesforce Core CRM and Marketing Cloud.
• Optimize campaign objects and page layouts to improve operational efficiency.
• Lead technical initiatives for system architecture and software integration patterns.
• Mentor teams in Agile, DevOps, and reliability engineering practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure technical solutions align with enterprise goals.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with the Salesforce platform and CRM solutions.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Core CRM and Marketing Cloud development.
• Strong ability to design complex systems and large-scale project management.
• Experience with Java development and Kafka messaging.
• Hands-on experience with Agile and DevOps practices.
• Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to management.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II.
• Experience with Distributed Marketing within Salesforce Core CRM.
• Knowledge of containerized Java applications and enterprise integration services.
