Description

Lead automation and reliability efforts within a complex IT and cloud environment, executing the strategic roadmap for reliability engineering and automating toil reduction.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive application migration to open-source platforms, containers, serverless, and event-based designs.
• Deliver automation use cases to minimize manual activities during cloud migrations and implement self-healing capabilities.
• Implement ITSM processes including Incident Management, Change Management, and blameless postmortems.
• Coach and mentor automation engineers and contribute to the Reliability Engineering Community of Practice.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in SRE, IT operations, or software engineering.
• Deep expertise in AWS, including EC2, S3, ECS, RDS, CloudWatch, SNS, CloudTrail, SQS, and Service Catalog.
• Proficiency in Python, Lambda, and Go.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using CloudFormation, Terraform, and YAML.
• Strong understanding of DevSecOps practices and SAFe Agile methodologies.
• Proven ability to design microservices architectures and cloud-native patterns.
• Experience troubleshooting network issues and managing complex IT environments.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with observability tools including Dynatrace, Splunk, and CloudTrail.
• Familiarity with GitHub, Jenkins, Nexus, and Ansible.
