Description

You will lead the design and implementation of end-to-end CI/CD pipelines, security processes, and deployment platforms to reduce lead times and stack complexity across the organization.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain standardized CI/CD workflows, reusable pipelines, and runner pools using GitHub Actions and JFrog.
• Develop backend applications, CLI tools, and observability solutions using Java, C#, Python, and Golang.
• Design scalable infrastructure on GCP, Azure, or AWS, utilizing Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• Partner with architecture and product teams to influence development decisions and align with enterprise initiatives.
• Automate infrastructure and deployment processes through scripting and CLI tools.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of overall backend development experience on enterprise-class applications.
• 6+ years of DevOps experience building standardized workflows and maintaining infrastructure.
• 3+ years of experience with end-to-end CI/CD tools, specifically GitHub Actions and artifact management.
• 3+ years of experience with backend technologies including Java, C#, Python, Helm, or Golang.
• 3+ years of experience with large public cloud technologies (GCP, Azure, AWS) and Kubernetes.
• 2+ years of experience with Kafka and similar messaging technologies.
• 2+ years of experience with PostgreSQL or similar RDBMS.
• 3+ years of experience leading teams following Scrum/Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with full-stack development and observability/telemetry for infrastructure services.
• Experience training and mentoring other engineers.
• Ability to identify customer pain points and develop self-service automation solutions.
