Responsibilities

• Design and deploy production-grade AI solutions that meet customer requirements without increasing costs.
• Lead complex technical initiatives, mentoring teammates and influencing cross-functional groups.
• Identify creative solutions to unique customer requirements.
• Communicate priorities, trade-offs, and goals clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML or GenAI.
• Deep expertise in Python and frameworks including TensorFlow, PyTorch, FastAPI, LangChain, LangGraph, and Kubeflow.
• Advanced knowledge of AI/ML algorithms, generative models, and LLMs.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms: GCP, AWS, and Azure.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Experience leading technical initiatives while navigating change and fostering collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
