Description

You will design, build, and deploy AI/ML models and solutions, focusing on large language models and Generative AI systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize large language models (LLMs) and Generative AI systems.
• Integrate AI capabilities into products using OpenAI services via Azure.
• Manage end-to-end pipelines for data preprocessing, training, validation, and model deployment.
• Research and implement machine learning algorithms to solve complex technical challenges.
• Advise the team on current AI/ML trends and engineering best practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience designing and deploying AI/ML models.
• Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-Learn.
• Proficiency with OpenAI APIs and Microsoft Azure AI services.
• Strong background in prompt engineering and model tuning.
• Experience with data manipulation using Pandas and NumPy.
• Hands-on experience with MLOps, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across global teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with NLP frameworks or Hugging Face.
• Familiarity with AI ethics and model interpretability.
