You will own end-to-end technology initiatives, architecting scalable enterprise systems and integrating AI capabilities.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop scalable, secure, and maintainable applications for enterprise-level solutions.
• Design durable software solutions and provide best practices for application and platform development.
• Proactively identify and implement opportunities to enhance software applications with AI technology integration.
• Coach and mentor junior engineers on software engineering best practices.
• Drive significant technology initiatives across multiple layers of architecture.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience delivering enterprise-class applications.
• Expertise in Java and Microservices architecture.
• Proficiency with Kubernetes and Cloud Computing platforms.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL database design and implementation.
• Hands-on experience with Test Automation and CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid foundation in writing scalable application code following best practices.
• Familiarity with container technologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with LLM prompting and AutoML modeling for AI integration.
• Knowledge of algorithms and design patterns.
• Experience with TDD, unit/integration/functional testing.
