Description

You will design and build complex backend solutions, owning subsystems from design through deployment while mentoring engineers and ensuring code quality.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own components through the entire lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, integration, and deployment.
• Diagnose performance bottlenecks and resolve complex technical troubleshooting issues.
• Design and scale microservices to handle increasing business demands.
• Mentor junior engineers and enforce high standards for code quality across the team.
• Collaborate with product, QA, and UI/UX teams to deliver high-quality features.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of relevant software engineering experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science.
• Strong Java and object-oriented development skills.
• Experience building and scaling microservices.
• Solid understanding of at least one NoSQL database.
• Proficiency with AWS, Node.js, React, or Python.
• Proven ability to diagnose and solve complex technical problems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring junior engineers.
• Background in designing complex business workflows.
