Description

You will lead backend engineering for cloud-based products, owning technical design, scalable architecture, and release quality for the customer base.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize features for cloud customers using modern engineering principles.
• Design scalable microservices and messaging solutions using Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Lead code delivery by enforcing unit and integration testing via TDD practices.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to prioritize projects and resolve customer issues.
• Advise architects and support teams on improving legacy component scalability.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years of cloud development experience.
• Advanced proficiency in C# and .NET Core.
• Expertise with Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Experience with automation, CI/CD deployment, and enterprise product development.
• Ability to design secure, scalable software.
