Description

You will own the design and development of high-performance backend systems for large-scale data processing and query workloads.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop backend systems handling large-scale data processing and query workloads.
• Build and maintain distributed microservices prioritizing reliability and scalability.
• Contribute to the design and optimization of data lakes, search engines, and query platforms.
• Drive architectural decisions for fault tolerance, low latency, and high availability in distributed environments.
• Identify bottlenecks and lead initiatives to improve system performance, efficiency, and stability.

Required Skills

• 9-12 years of extensive experience building and scaling backend systems in production.
• Expertise in Java, Scala, and C++.
• Proven ability in System Design for high throughput, low latency, and massive datasets.
• Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture.
• Experience designing and optimizing Data Lakes.
• Deep understanding of Query Optimization techniques.
• Experience with Distributed Systems concepts.
