Lead the design and implementation of scalable, maintainable software solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and ship high-quality software that meets business and customer requirements.
• Lead architecture discussions to ensure system scalability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build responsive web user interfaces.
• Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks using RSpec and Capybara.
• Drive Continuous Delivery/Deployment and mentor junior engineers through code reviews.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails or a comparable web application framework.
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
• Expertise in front-end technologies and building responsive web applications.
• Proficiency with automated testing frameworks including RSpec and Capybara.
• Practical experience with CI/CD processes.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience configuring and managing Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.
• Knowledge of Docker, containerized environments, and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC).
