Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design and development for enterprise product delivery.
• Analyze and solve complex technical problems through persistence and insight.
• Collaborate with product, development, validation, and support stakeholders.
• Set and maintain high engineering standards across the team.
• Deliver innovation from initial concept to shipped product.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong programming skills in C, C++, Python, Java, or Go.
• Expertise in Data Structures and Algorithms.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
• Experience with Linux platform development.
• Proficiency in concurrent programming and thread synchronization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical design proposals.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on development experience in the storage domain.
• Experience driving architectural evolution through design forums.
