Description

You will design, develop, and maintain a highly customized ecommerce frontend application and backend APIs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build backend APIs on the Magento framework and single-page application frontends integrated via RESTful APIs.
• Collaborate with architects, product managers, and UX designers to convert mockups into web and mobile application flows.
• Design graphical user interface elements including menus, tabs, widgets, and responsive layouts using Bootstrap.
• Identify and troubleshoot UI issues related to responsiveness, cross-platform compatibility, and browser quirks.
• Resolve web API performance issues and conduct design feasibility studies within selected frameworks.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with modern PHP frameworks focusing on web and mobile web.
• Proven coding experience in PHP, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience developing rich UI components using ReactJS.
• Strong knowledge of software and application design and architecture.
• Ability to work within an Agile environment and apply software quality assurance principles.
• Experience building responsive UI layouts for both web and mobile applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with ecommerce applications or frameworks.
• Knowledge of Linux shell scripts.
