Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver scalable backend services and web applications using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and AWS
• Build and maintain microservices that support critical business workflows and high-volume platform traffic
• Investigate and resolve production issues across service layers, data stores, and user-facing application flows
• Partner with engineers and QA to improve architecture, code quality, and delivery consistency
• Contribute to platform modernization efforts using containerized and cloud-native engineering practices

Skills Required:

• 7+ years of software engineering or web application development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and AWS in enterprise-scale environments
• Architecture and platform experience building microservices-based systems with maintainable service boundaries
• Experience delivering reliable, scalable applications with attention to concurrency, stability, and throughput
• Ability to work across backend services and front-end components using ReactJS and TypeScript when needed

Good to Have:

• Kubernetes, Docker, Redis, Kafka, MySQL, NoSQL, Oracle, Apache

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field; Master's degree preferred
