Description

You will maintain and develop system software for Computing Infrastructure solutions using Neoverse CSS.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain downstream product quality firmware for Arm Neoverse CSS based platform solutions.
• Act as the primary technical interface for customers regarding support and maintenance requirements.
• Manage defects, perform feature backporting, and execute defect fixing.
• Coordinate downstream release updates with the release team for post-launch customer support.
• Contribute to the design and development of solutions for Arm Neoverse CPU and System IP based Infrastructure platforms.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in embedded systems development.
• Expertise in C programming for embedded environments.
• Proven debugging skills and experience in defect triaging and management of system software.
• Experience developing and maintaining product quality firmware, including bootloaders and device drivers.
• Knowledge of industry specifications such as UEFI and ACPI.
• Familiarity with RAS, hypervisors, CXL, power management, and security technologies.
• Experience with Linux Kernel, TF-A, UEFI EDK II, or OpenBMC.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting and maintaining production quality firmware within the server segment.
• Experience contributing to open-source communities and understanding project development cycles.
• Direct experience providing customer support for triaging and resolving reported issues.
