Description

You will lead the design and development of core engine capabilities for Windows EPP and EDR systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead features through the entire development lifecycle from planning to testing and production.
• Design, recommend, and develop new capabilities from scratch to improve product stability.
• Debug and resolve complex real-world problems within the Windows OS ecosystem.
• Manage external interfaces with other teams and lead global engineers across different time zones.
• Drive technical decision-making using data-driven approaches and advanced software methodologies.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proven experience as a Team Lead or Tech Lead.
• Expertise in C++ and OS internals, specifically security and storage.
• 3+ years of experience in low-level programming.
• Experience working on production-grade products with wide-scale deployment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for managing global collaboration.
• Ability to build teams and implement advanced software methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Windows Kernel development experience.
• Reverse engineering or malware analysis experience.
• Security-oriented development experience.
