Drive technical strategy and execution for complex RAG systems and multi-component architectures.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect RAG systems for complex use cases, implementing hybrid search and reranking.
• Design complex multi-component systems end-to-end and drive debt reduction strategies.
• Lead rapid delivery initiatives, coaching teams on prototype-first development.
• Define technical standards for reliability, documentation, and process improvement.
• Influence roadmap decisions by translating business needs into technical requirements.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Proficiency with React and Next.js.
• Strong backend skills using Python and Postgresql.
• Experience with cloud providers, specifically Azure and GCP.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and GitHub workflows.
• Ability to design and implement scalable, system-level solutions.
• Experience mentoring engineers on architectural patterns and best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with complex stakeholder landscapes.
