Description

You will design and develop cloud-based applications and integrated IT Service Management solutions within the ITSM Engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Develop cloud-based applications and integrate IT Service Management solutions.
• Deliver quality code through unit testing, continuous integration, and test automation.
• Build proactive monitoring solutions to ensure application health and availability.
• Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot customer application issues.
• Mentor other engineers to support technical growth across the team.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of full stack development experience using C#, ASP.NET Core, and MVC.
• Proficiency with MS SQL Server, MongoDB, and Redis.
• Hands-on experience with Azure services including Azure SQL DB, NoSQL DB, Azure Functions, Blob Storage, and Azure Files.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Practical knowledge of containerization using Docker and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Experience with asynchronous messaging technologies such as Azure Queue, Service Bus, Redis Queue, or Kafka.
• Strong skills in JavaScript, Node.js, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience building user interfaces with the Angular framework.
• Proven ability to develop solutions using Microservices architecture patterns.
• Solid understanding of SOAP and REST web services.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to monitoring tools such as New Relic, Prometheus, or Dynatrace.
• Experience with TypeScript.
• Experience building Single Page Applications (SPA) using the MVC model.
