Description

You will lead the design and development of scalable, full-stack web applications with a heavy focus on front-end architecture.

Responsibilities

• Develop dynamic, responsive user interfaces using React and Next.js with a focus on modular, maintainable code.
• Lead the development of both front-end and back-end components using Java and Node.js.
• Optimize application performance, including database queries and scaling strategies to handle increased traffic.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA engineers to deliver software solutions.
• Drive engineering best practices through peer code reviews, automated testing, and Agile processes.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience building scalable web applications using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• 4+ years of professional experience with React and Next.js, including hooks, state management (Redux, Context), and component-based architecture.
• Hands-on experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL and MySQL, as well as NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
• Expertise in designing and consuming RESTful APIs and managing secure data flow.
• Proficiency with Git, including branching and managing large codebases.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks such as JUnit, Mocha, or PyTest using TDD principles.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within Scrum or Kanban Agile methodologies.
