Description

You will provide technical leadership and drive the development of Generative AI solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Line Leaders and Architects to capture system-level requirements.
• Lead technical design discussions, communicate architectural decisions, and whiteboard solutions.
• Translate requirements into prioritized user stories while maintaining high quality standards.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions, evaluating multiple design approaches.
• Automate manual tasks in the software development lifecycle and lead adoption across teams.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong expertise in architecting scalable software solutions and translating complex requirements.
• Hands-on proficiency with AWS cloud services and infrastructure.
• Expertise in Python and Generative AI frameworks.
• Experience in Java and related backend technologies.
• Leadership experience guiding agile teams of 5-7 members, including vendors.
• Ability to provide technical guidance and mentor team members on engineering standards.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native architecture.
