Description

You will own the design and end-to-end implementation of AI-powered features.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement AI features, including audience segmentation and LLM-based recommendations.
  • Own AI capabilities from concept through production, covering framing, data strategy, model selection, and iteration.
  • Productionize LLM and RAG systems ensuring reliability, observability, and cost awareness at scale.
  • Collaborate with product and data teams to translate use cases into measurable AI solutions.
  • Establish best practices for AI products, including A/B testing, guardrails, and monitoring.

Required Skills

  • 9-13 years of software engineering experience, with 5+ years deploying ML/AI products to production.
  • Hands-on experience with modern LLM development (RAG, prompt engineering, agents, evaluation).
  • Strong fundamentals in Software Engineering, including API Design, testing, and CI/CD.
  • Expertise in Python and Machine Learning frameworks.
  • Proven experience building systems on AWS and GCP platforms.
  • Proficiency with Databricks for building scalable AI services.
  • Experience operating production systems with observability in mind.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in MarTech or AdTech domains.
  • Hands-on experience with vector databases and feature stores.
