Description

Lead and scale AI-agent-assisted software development practices across engineering teams, defining architecture and guardrails for agentic coding workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design agentic coding workflows using Claude Code and implement MCP servers with safe, well-defined tool schemas.
• Establish human-in-the-loop checkpoints, autonomy boundaries, and rollback strategies for AI-generated code.
• Build evaluation frameworks and observability to measure agent output quality and identify regressions.
• Define and review microservices and microfrontend architectures using C4 modeling and Domain-Driven Design.
• Establish secure CI/CD pipelines for agent-generated pull requests and drive TDD and contract testing practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Java, Node.js, React, and Python.
• Strong background in Java Microservices and Microservices Architecture.
• Experience with MongoDB and designing REST APIs or headless architectures.
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipeline creation and security controls for prompt injection.
• Familiarity with Playwright and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) and agentic tooling.
• Proven track record of mentoring senior engineers and driving technical adoption.
