Description

You will lead technical implementation and design within an Agile environment, focusing on distributed systems and large-scale unstructured data.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into software solutions and take complete ownership of work items and deliverables.
• Collaborate with Architects to design technical solutions, ensuring adherence to quality, performance, and design best practices.
• Implement hands-on solutions independently or lead team efforts to drive them to closure.
• Mentor junior engineers on technology, design, and implementation approaches.
• Identify and document architectural, performance, or quality concerns and contribute to production support activities.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of software development experience.
• Proficiency in Java and Python.
• Strong expertise in RESTful APIs and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Deep understanding of S.O.L.I.D principles and design patterns.
• Experience with cloud-based architectures using AWS or Azure.
• Proficiency in RDBMS such as MySQL, Oracle, or SQL Server.
• Front-end development skills with React JS.
• Experience with source control (Git, TFS) and ALM tools (Azure DevOps, Jira).
• Knowledge of concurrent programming, including multi-threading, race conditions, and deadlocks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Django, Elasticsearch, or OpenSearch.
• Background in AI/ML or Enterprise-grade SaaS product delivery.
