Roles & Responsibilities

• Acquire subject-matter expertise over production software systems and demonstrate shipping high quality feature changes.
• Solve business problems with simple solutions applying appropriate technologies and software engineering best practices.
• Lead the design and development of the most complex enhancements in testing frameworks.
• Build multiple stable, scalable feature changes that are successfully shipped to customers in production.
• Drive best practices and set standards for the team while serving as a role model.
• Provide mentoring to other engineers and make team members more productive through knowledge sharing.
• Effectively communicate technical decisions to senior stakeholders and represent the team's technical choices.
• Drive test design, implementation, and automation processes across release pipelines from dev to prod.
• Review automated test run results, verify results, and triage test failures to determine root causes.
• Collaborate with development teams across multiple time zones and locations on testing initiatives.

Experience Required 9-13 years of relevant experience in software testing with knowledge of various test activities across release pipelines. Strong understanding of digital product development and testing for web, mobile, and backend services. Experience with multiple test types including unit, functional, integration, end-to-end, security, performance, load, and UI tests
