You will lead engineering efforts for core platform components.

Responsibilities

• Own the engineering responsibility for multiple platform components.
• Define architecture and create solution documents while actively coding.
• Collaborate with global product owners and technical staff to define feature requirements.
• Manage and mentor engineers, driving their professional growth.
• Coordinate engineering activities across the project delivery lifecycle, maintaining quality standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in Java 17.
• Experience with Spring, Hibernate, and MySQL.
• Working knowledge of NoSQL databases, including MongoDB and Cassandra.
• Familiarity with distributed caching systems like Hazelcast.
• Experience implementing message queuing with Kafka.
• Deployment experience using Kubernetes.
• Understanding of the Payments industry ecosystem.
• Proven track record leading complex projects with distributed architecture.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Docker and container-based technologies.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git.
