You will lead engineering efforts for core platform components, defining architecture and actively coding.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own engineering responsibility for multiple platform components.
• Define architecture and create solution documents while actively coding.
• Collaborate with global product owners to define feature requirements.
• Manage and mentor engineers, driving their professional growth.
• Coordinate engineering activities across the project delivery lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in Java 17.
• Experience with Spring and Hibernate.
• Experience with MySQL, MongoDB, and Cassandra.
• Familiarity with distributed caching systems like Hazelcast.
• Experience implementing message queuing with Kafka.
• Deployment experience using Kubernetes.
• Understanding of the Payments industry ecosystem.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Docker and container-based technologies.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git.
