Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design and implement complex software enhancements that meet functional and business requirements within agreed delivery commitments.
• Develop and maintain enterprise applications using Java, J2EE and Spring Boot.
• Debug multithreaded, high-performance applications and resolve complex production and development defects.
• Participate in architecture, design and code reviews to improve maintainability, reliability and security.
• Mentor engineers, provide technical guidance and act as a knowledge resource for the development team.

Skills Required:

• 10 - 15 years of relevant software engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Java, J2EE and Spring Boot development for enterprise-class applications.
• Proven ability to design complex software components and translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Advanced debugging experience with multithreaded, concurrent and high-performance applications on Windows and Unix operating systems.
• Experience developing, testing and maintaining secure backend services and enterprise application integrations.

Good to Have:

• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker and microservices-based architectures.

Education:

• B.E., B.Tech or B.Tech-M.Tech Dual Degree, preferably in Electronics Engineering
