Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain .NET backend services and full-stack components with high performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Own end-to-end delivery of features--from design and implementation to testing and production readiness.
• Design scalable and robust system architectures for backend and full-stack applications.
• Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines to enable frequent and reliable releases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AWS-based cloud capabilities for deployment and operations.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.
• Contribute to technical design discussions and drive architectural best practices.
• Mentor engineers and promote high standards in coding, design, and engineering practices.
• Ensure secure coding practices and adherence to quality and compliance standards.
• Drive continuous improvements in system performance, scalability, and reliability.

Experience Required:

• 13-18 years of overall software development experience
• Strong hands-on expertise in .NET, ASP.NET Core, and backend service development
• Experience in building scalable, distributed systems and microservices architectures
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and cloud-native application development
• Strong experience in CI/CD, DevOps practices, and release management
• Expertise in system design, architecture, and performance optimization
• Experience in troubleshooting complex production issues and system reliability improvements
• Familiarity with security best practices and secure coding standards
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Proven ability to mentor senior engineers and lead technical initiatives
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive technical decisions
