Description

Lead end-to-end feature development and technical architecture for scalable services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of features from design and development through to testing, deployment, and support.
• Maintain high code quality and system reliability through automated testing, performance monitoring, and thorough code reviews.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Mentor engineers and drive continuous improvements in codebase, infrastructure, and development processes.
• Monitor service health and resolve bugs to ensure system stability.

Required Skills

• 6-10 years of professional experience with Node.js and React.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying with AWS Lambda.
• Strong proficiency in AWS cloud services.
• Expertise in TDD, unit testing, and writing maintainable, well-documented code.
• Proven ability to design scalable solutions for complex technical problems.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
