Description

You will lead middleware development, driving complex software designs and coordinating across multiple functional teams.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical assessments, scoping, and management of code base changes for new business requirements and product enhancements.
• Collaborate with architects and senior engineers to design large-scale, high-complexity software systems.
• Mentor and coach junior and senior engineers to increase the technical capability of the middleware team.
• Direct offshore teams in feature design, development, and technical debt reduction.
• Serve as the primary scrum team representative for interactions with product owners, front end, middleware, DeVos, and firmware teams.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• Expertise in .NET and C#.
• Strong experience with Azure cloud-based development.
• Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience with Git and messaging systems.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum.
• Practical knowledge of CI/CD tools, frameworks, and deployment processes.
• Proven ability to create technical documentation.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience debugging, troubleshooting, and diagnosing complex organizational issues.
• Ability to estimate work and support platform-level project plan creation.
