You will own the technical direction and execution of complex software systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze system requirements and translate them into actionable work units for the team.
• Develop high-quality software adhering to coding standards and development best practices.
• Mentor and guide other Software Engineers to improve team productivity.
• Conduct system analysis and proof of concepts to determine optimal designs or solutions.
• Lead architecture and design efforts to meet requirements and integrate disparate systems.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, and JavaScript for application design and development.
• Experience designing scalable and maintainable software architecture solutions.
• Expertise in unit testing, automated testing frameworks, and performance testing tools.
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases and DynamoDB.
• Experience using version control systems like Bitbucket.
• Ability to conduct in-depth system analysis and deliver proof of concepts with minimal guidance.
• Experience creating detailed implementation and support manuals.
