Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement software solutions for payment processing.
• Maintain a regular release cadence and manage the product backlog.
• Collaborate with international teams to ensure successful product delivery.
• Take full ownership of projects, identifying challenges and prioritizing work independently.
• Communicate across teams to ensure alignment and project success.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of relevant software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience with Kafka.
• Experience with Kubernetes.
• Experience with AWS.
• Strong background in software engineering and architecture.
• Ability to work with minimal direction and manage complex project lifecycles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with distributed task queues such as Celery and RabbitMQ.
• Experience with RDBMS/SQL.
