Responsibilities

• Lead engineering and operational excellence initiatives.
• Define strategy for improving developer productivity.
• Partner with platform and SRE teams on CI/CD and cloud optimization.
• Champion architecture initiatives to increase platform resiliency.
• Establish measurable goals to reduce incidents and increase team accountability.

Required Skills

• 10+ years in engineering leadership or developer productivity.
• Strong expertise in Azure and GCP environments.
• Proven record building CI/CD pipelines and test automation for large-scale systems.
• Experience with Java, SQL, and NoSQL.
• Experience with Kubernetes and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and Splunk.
