Description

You will lead the design, development, and support of software solutions, providing technical direction for a team of 5-7 developers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 5 to 7 developers, guiding software design and technical implementation.
• Translate product requirements into working software within an Agile environment.
• Own work estimates, technical discussions, and interface definitions between code modules.
• Maintain code quality through unit testing, automation, and regular code reviews.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and cost through design best practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience with Tableau Desktop.
• Expertise in Tableau Server administration and developing Tableau-driven dashboards.
• Advanced SQL skills with experience in relational database management, data modeling, and normalization.
• Proven ability to query massive datasets while optimizing workbook performance.
• Proficiency in Python or other programming languages.
• Strong understanding of data warehouse design, including Snowflake, Star, fact, and dimension tables.
• Experience handling large volumes of data using complex joins and query fine-tuning.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Tableau Certified Data Analyst or equivalent certification.
• Experience with ETL, DB, or distributed data processing tools such as Hadoop or Teradata.
