Description

You will lead platform engineering, automation, and cloud delivery initiatives to improve developer experience and infrastructure resilience.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and build developer tooling and automation to eliminate repetitive tasks and improve engineering excellence.
• Advance CI/CD practices by leveraging and building on OSS tools within cloud environments.
• Mentor engineers on DevOps best practices, software resiliency, secure coding, and chaos engineering.
• Lead complex cross-team initiatives and act as a subject matter expert for the platforms you own.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software, pipeline, and infrastructure issues with a focus on permanent automation.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience building high-quality software using SOLID principles and a focus on maintainability.
• 6+ years of experience creating and automating resilient, multi-tier infrastructure stacks.
• 6+ years of experience working in continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) environments.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience with high-level programming languages such as Python, Ruby, GoLang, JavaScript/Node.js, or Java.
• Proven experience providing technical support to engineers, including troubleshooting failed builds and production issues.
• Strong background in platform engineering, automation, and developer tooling.
• Ability to bridge the gap between customer needs and technical solutions through effective communication.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent graduate level education.
