Description

Act as a data subject matter expert to drive pre-sales technical evaluations and illustrate product value to prospective customers.

Responsibilities

• Drive evaluation and proof-of-concept processes through defined technical workflows.
• Provide first-level technical support during the sales cycle and facilitate transitions to customer success.
• Demonstrate product value and specific use cases to security engineers, IT operations, DevOps, and C-level executives.
• Consult with technical buyers to build long-term relationships and handle objections against competitive data pipelines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer or Architect.
• Hands-on experience with SIEM platforms such as Splunk, Devo, QRadar, or Exabeam.
• Proficiency in code writing using C/C++, Shell, Perl, or Python.
• Experience with big data platforms, data lakes, streaming analytics, or log management.
• Practical knowledge of RegEx and writing parsers.
• Background working with cloud providers including AWS, Azure, or Google.
• Experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data pipeline technologies.
