Description

You will lead the design and implementation of large-scale backend systems.

Responsibilities

  • Design complex distributed systems in high-performance environments.
  • Develop and implement scalable backend systems and distributed services.
  • Lead and mentor engineering teams through complex projects.
  • Own the implementation of data pipelines using big data frameworks.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience designing and implementing scalable backend systems.
  • Proficiency in Apache Spark and Apache Airflow in a Big Data environment.
  • Strong expertise developing microservices using Go, Python, or Java.
  • Hands-on experience with a major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Familiarity with Snowflake, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
  • Experience leading and mentoring technical teams.
  • Experience with Apache Iceberg or Databricks.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Helm.
  • Familiarity with Trino.
