Lead documentation strategy and production for enterprise cybersecurity products.

Responsibilities

• Plan and research features using topic-based methodology.
• Create videos, release notes, user procedures, and graphics.
• Guide peer reviews and enforce controlled language and style guides.
• Collaborate with Support, Development, QA, and Product Management.
• Oversee workload management for timely, high-quality delivery.

Required Skills

• 8+ years as a technical writer in English.
• 3+ years in enterprise software or cybersecurity documentation.
• Proficiency with XML-based CCMS and single-sourcing workflows.
• Experience implementing Simplified Technical English (STE).
• Ability to design virtual environments and run automation scripts.
• Bachelor or Graduate degree in technical writing or related field.
• Proven project management and self-directed learning skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication.
• Experience collaborating with global cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity concepts for documentation.
