Description

Lead testing strategies and quality assurance across the development lifecycle for embedded systems.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate test strategies with tech leads to align with business goals.
• Develop and implement test examples for new and existing products.
• Mentor developers to encourage best practices and a collaborative testing culture.
• Automate testing processes and integrate them with CI workflows.
• Track and report testing metrics, including coverage and quality trends.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of low-level software development, including assembly programming for embedded systems or firmware.
• Strong understanding of computer architecture, preferably ARM-based.
• Proficiency in C++ (specifically C++17) and experience debugging C++ programs.
• Hands-on experience with testing methodologies and automation tools/frameworks.
• Proven ability to implement test strategies and automated testing.
• Strong technical communication skills for mentoring developers and testers.
• Ability to work with DevOps teams on CI/CD integration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CI tools such as Jenkins or Artifactory.
• Knowledge of low-level software test techniques.
