Description

You will lead user research to shape the experience of complex software products.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability tests.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define research goals and key questions.
• Synthesize findings into actionable insights and communicate them clearly to stakeholders.
• Partner with design to develop personas, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes based on data.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 8-12 years of experience in UX Research for software or web-based applications.
• Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative methods, including usability testing and data analysis.
• Proven ability to own and drive large-scale research projects lasting 3+ months.
• Experience working autonomously within complex stakeholder environments.
• Proficiency with UX tools such as Dovetail and Figma.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to derive insights from complex data.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience working across diverse platforms, subject matters, or industries.
