Description

You will design, develop, and maintain data solutions using the Starburst platform.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Starburst Enterprise solutions and Lakehouse architectures.
• Integrate relational databases, data lakes, and cloud storage with Starburst.
• Develop and manage ETL pipelines to transform and load data.
• Perform query optimization, indexing, and performance tuning across various data sources.
• Integrate Starburst with Apache Ranger or Immuta to manage role-based access control.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience developing Big Data platforms, Lakehouse architecture, or data warehousing.
• 2+ years of experience as a Data Architect.
• 1-2 years of hands-on experience with Starburst Enterprise implementation.
• Expertise in Starburst platform development and validation best practices.
• Experience managing data flow and synchronization across disparate systems.
• Proficiency in ETL pipeline development and management.
• Knowledge of implementing security via Apache Ranger or Immuta.
• Strong understanding of query optimization and scalability techniques.
