Description

Perform static analysis on primary aircraft structures and lead technical teams through the substantiation process.

Responsibilities

• Perform static analysis of primary aircraft structures using industry-standard tools.
• Execute and review static analysis substantiation reports to ensure compliance.
• Interpret installation, assembly, and part drawings to meet specific client requirements.
• Lead and provide technical guidance to engineering teams during design and certification phases.
• Write competent technical and certification reports for stakeholder review.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in aircraft stress analysis and hand calculations.
• Deep understanding of aircraft structures and static analysis methodologies.
• Proficiency with Nasgro, Patran/Nastran, Hyperworks, and CATIA.
• Expertise in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and VB Macros.
• Ability to work independently with minimal assistance.
• Strong technical communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Aircraft FEM (GFEM/DFEM).
