Description

You will execute testing cycles and manage defect reporting for software applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Construct and execute systematic test cases derived from customer user stories and requirements.
• Investigate and analyze discovered test issues to identify root causes.
• Prepare detailed bug reports including reproduction steps and environmental conditions.
• Document test results and ensure software meets usability, performance, and compatibility standards.
• Facilitate process improvements based on lessons learned from project engagements.

Required Skills

• 1-3 years of related work experience in software testing.
• Strong understanding of software testing concepts and methodologies.
• Ability to apply various testing techniques to application scenarios.
• Proficiency in verbal and written communication for stakeholder interaction.
• Familiarity with standard testing tools and technologies.
• Any Graduate degree qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with C# or other object-oriented languages.
• Mandarin language proficiency to support global team communication.
