Description

You manage the decontamination, assembly, and sterilization of medical instrumentation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Decontaminate, prep, and pack general instrumentation following manufacturer IFU instructions.
• Inspect, assemble, and label instruments while verifying cleanliness and functionality using count sheets.
• Operate sterilization equipment for high-temperature (steam) and low-temperature (gas plasma) processes.
• Perform verification and documentation for all sterilization cycles.
• Maintain sterile storage and adhere to all safety standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in sterile processing.
• CRCST certification.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Capability to perform continuous standing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching.
• Ability to work independently in patient care areas under stressful conditions.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Surgical Technologist certification.
• CSPDT certification.
